Who are you beneath the self-doubt, the expectations, and the stories you’ve carried about yourself?
This class became a deeply personal exploration of that question. I shared honestly about my own doubts, my faith, and what it means to trust the work while still asking questions.
Our conversation opened into an extended guided meditation exploring the monad—what we described in class as the larger creator consciousness from which our soul and its many expressions arise.
Through a guided mirror exercise, we explored the judgments, expectations, and beliefs that shape how we see ourselves. From there, we moved into a practice of allowing, using the words:
“Zero point. Void. Monad.”
The invitation was to notice what unfolded, give ourselves time, and explore receiving support without directing every part of the experience.
In this class, we explore:
✨ The self-image you carry and the person you want to make room for.
✨ The monad and a broader perspective on your life.
✨ A guided practice of release, reconnection, and coming back to yourself.
✨ Participating through drawing, feeling, sensing, or knowing, as well as visualization.
✨ “I am truth” as a focus for reflection and integration.
✨ A closing life-puzzle visualization exploring connection and the qualities you want to welcome into your life.
During the meditation, Tina shared:
“Mine is going back and forth taking pieces, rebuilding them going back and forth to bring new and healed. Pretty amazing to see and feel”
This is an honest, emotional class with room for questions, personal reflection, and different ways of experiencing the meditation.
