In this final video on the relationship of repentance to forgiveness, Zane Hodges looks at how repentance is integral in the life of a believer, one who already has everlasting life through believing in Jesus for the gift of everlasting life. Zane demonstrates how forgiveness is different for the gift of everlasting life, and how forgiveness and restoration to fellowship is repeatedly needed in the Christian life. Zane looks at the issues of how Palestinian Jews alive during the time of Jesus had the special requirement of water baptism, not for eternal life, but to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit, forgiveness of sins, and fellowship with God. Zane also examines briefly, the concept of positional forgiveness that a believer has in Jesus Christ.
