Got something to say to this podcast? Send a voicemail, and you might hear yourself on the next episode!
We've spent six episodes questioning everything from intuition and attachment styles to hyper-independence, emotional avoidance, and whether the internet has collectively lost its damn mind.
But here's a question we haven't spent nearly enough time asking:
Are we actually taking our own advice?
In Episode 7 of High Frequency, Low Noise, we're turning the microphones—and the uncomfortable questions—back on ourselves.
We're revisiting the conversations we've had, the perspectives we've challenged, and the things we've learned about ourselves along the way.
We're getting a little more personal, a little less structured, and pulling back the curtain on what happens behind the microphones. We're talking about the moments that made us reconsider our own beliefs, the conversations that stuck with us long after we stopped recording, and the ways this podcast has challenged us to practice what we preach.
Because it's one thing to talk about boundaries, self-awareness, critical thinking, and personal growth.
It's another thing entirely to realize you're still doing the exact shit you just spent an hour discussing.
And maybe that's the uncomfortable truth about growth: Knowing better doesn't automatically mean we're doing better.
So, are we becoming better people? Or are we just getting really, really good at explaining ourselves?
We're not entirely sure. But we're willing to ask the question, admit where we're still figuring things out, and maybe laugh at ourselves a little along the way.
Because personal growth isn't a finish line. And self-awareness isn't worth much if we're not willing to do something with it.
