Jason and Marcus hold down the fort in a loose, "show about nothing" episode that still lands some real golf news. Jason kicks things off with a recap of a fall-break family trip to Lake Tahoe, a vacation he won in a raffle, complete with cold mountain mornings, coyotes, a bear scare, and a nostalgic round of mini golf at the same course he played as a kid. Marcus shares the family's mini golf obsession, a look at Pop Stroke's Tiger Woods-designed putting courses, and a hunting trip debrief teaser.

Then it's a gear-head confessional: Jason is still sitting on $1,500 in golf store credit and agonizing over whether to buy a set of Titleist T150 irons (red, black, or oil can finish), get a proper fitting first, or splurge on a Vessel bag with a Scrambling Dads logo. Marcus explains why he went for a "bear gun" and a Colorado mule deer and bear tag combo hunt.

The main event is the LIV Golf collapse. The guys break down reported losses of around $5 billion, why contracts are being rejected, which players are heading to the DP World Tour, why Jon Rahm reportedly walked away, what the PGA Tour's 15-event minimum means for anyone trying to return, and the looming October 25 deadline for LIV to secure 50 to 70 players for next season. They also cover how TGL grew out of the LIV era and how the team prize money works, and dream up the most hated TGL team ever assembled.
