Audree is in a profound moment of what their work is. You are God. Not the God humanity has a definition of: unity consciousness, source consciousness incarnated in the physical realm. All the teachings lead to just one truth. She sees everybody sitting together in that truth, in a quiet moment of illumination: "Nobody is higher, nobody is lower."

But if you don't believe it's true, it's not true for you. Every thought is a choice you didn't know you had. When the mind says X is true, you re-up your allegiance to it. Belief means be the lie. Michael has seen it in his own life: "The reason my life has been the way it has is because I've held allegiances to having it be that way." Refine your awareness until you can see the choice, and you have access to it.

The episode includes a guided process to do along with them: ice cream good, ice cream bad. Each time, you believed one fully, and later the other. The mind becomes aware that both are true and both are false at the same time. You step through both and let go. Then stillness: "You are an illuminated one. That's what that is, that saying you are God."

They are just back from India, where their teacher left his body last week. He had told them, "I'm gonna power you up so you can go out and be your own teacher." Devoted outward, you lose the opportunity to go inward and know your own truth. For Audree, the final darshan, a three-day wake, is that the time of the guru is over and the new era is here.

It starts with looking at where you do not believe it. "Where's my allegiance to limitation? And that is the way out." A good teacher just points you back at yourself, and that is all Audree and Michael are doing. It's all there in the book of your life, because that is what's creating your reality. "Anything other than that would be a lie."
