- The Encounter: According to online lore and YouTube accounts, a U.S. patrol went missing in a remote region of Kandahar Province. A tactical response team tracked them to a large cave containing military gear and human remains.
- The Creature: A 12-to-15-foot-tall humanoid allegedly lunged out of the cave. It was described as weighing over 1,000 pounds, with flaming red hair, a foul odor, six fingers on each hand (and toes), and a double row of teeth.
- The Battle: The giant reportedly impaled a soldier (often named "Dan") with a large spear before the rest of the unit opened fire with sustained automatic weapons and killed it.
- The Cover-Up: The story claims a heavy-lift military helicopter removed the body (allegedly bound for a secret facility like Wright-Patterson Air Force Base) and that surviving witnesses were forced to sign non-disclosure agreements.
