What actually happens after you call 911?

In Part 1 of our conversation with two Central Texas paramedics, we get a look at what life in EMS really looks like—from what happens inside “the box” and why staying calm can look like not caring, to the calls that have absolutely nothing to do with life-or-death emergencies.
