- Douglas Feeny had kept Rafferty’s original badge since February and used it on the evening of May 8, 2014 during the Saddleback stop.
- Freight logs show four scheduled stops with signatures; the Saddleback envelope in the manifest was replaced by a blank one labeled “K. Rafferty.”
