- The conservatively estimated value of missing contents ranged between $800,000 and $1,000,000.
- Drill marks on the utility corridor wall ran from the vault side outward, indicating the opening was made from inside the building infrastructure.
- A tunnel approximately 40 feet long, shored with salvaged lumber, connected the vault utility corridor to a storm drain shown only on a 1963 paper survey.
