- Denise Carter, age 26, a utility lineman, discovered the chair before seven in the morning while tracing a voltage irregularity on a spur line near Millhaven.
- A photograph at 7:41 p.m. showed Warren Cook seated at Table Seven; by 7:58 p.m. his seat was empty, a seventeen-minute window.
- A pale blue table card reading "COOK - TABLE 7" was found folded twice in the breast pocket of Warren's jacket left on the back of his chair; his phone was never found and his pickup remained in the events center parking lot through Sunday night.
