Most podcasts want to make you comfortable. We're aiming for slightly aroused, mildly offended, intellectually stimulated, and wondering why nobody has ever said this out loud before.

Welcome to The Well-Fucked Woman.Hosted by Tanja Diamond and Suzy Easterling, this is where we drag the conversations everyone else politely steps around into the middle of the room and refuse to let them leave until they've answered a few uncomfortable questions.

Why do women know more about anti-aging creams than their own clitoris?

Why are we expected to instinctively know how to have extraordinary relationships when most of us never saw one growing up?

Why does everyone tell us to communicate better, yet nobody teaches us what we're actually afraid of saying?

Why are women still carrying shame that isn't even theirs?

Some weeks we'll be talking about sex. Other weeks it'll be betrayal, menopause, nervous systems, porn, body image, grief, love, desire, motherhood, trauma, friendship, aging, emotional intelligence, or the strange little lies that quietly run our lives while we're busy pretending we're fine.

We do messy, curiosity, brutal honesty, science, inappropriate laughter, and the occasional sentence that makes one of us stop mid-conversation and say, "Well... that's going to piss somebody off."

Excellent. The best conversations usually do.

So pull up a chair, pour yourself something delicious, and join us for the conversations you've been having in your own head for years but weren't quite sure you were allowed to say out loud.

One small warning before you hit play: we swear, we laugh loudly, we talk openly about sex, and we have an unhealthy relationship with polite society. If you're listening around children, coworkers, or anyone who still whispers the word "vagina," do yourself a favour and grab your headphones.

  • Congratulations. You're Officially Too Old to Be Seen

What happens when the world starts looking through you instead of at you?

When did you stop feeling visible?

Women over 40 rarely talk about the moment they realize they're no longer the woman who turns every head in the room. Menopause arrives. Bodies change. Skin changes. Hair changes. Confidence shifts.

Society starts whispering that youth equals value, and too many women begin believing it. In this raw and deeply personal episode of The Well-Fucked Woman, Tanja and Suzy pull the curtain back on what aging as a woman really feels like.

They share honest stories about menopause, body image, gray hair, sagging breasts, changing sexuality, self-worth, and the grief that can come with feeling invisible, even inside your own relationship. They also tackle the questions women often carry in silence.

Can you still feel desirable after 40?

What happens when your partner no longer reflects back the beauty you long to feel?

How do you rebuild confidence when your body no longer looks or behaves the way it once did?

And what if the biggest battle isn't aging... but believing the lie that your value disappears with your youth?

This isn't a conversation about pretending to love every wrinkle or forcing fake confidence. It's about reclaiming your identity, your sexuality, and your power in a culture that profits from women believing they're no longer enough. If you've ever looked in the mirror and wondered where she went... this episode is for you.

  • Your Vulva Called. She's Been Ignored
    Jul 17 2026
    Your vulva has a complaint.

She's been with you your entire life, and somehow she still hasn't been properly introduced.

Most women can name every Kardashian, identify fifty shades of beige at the paint store, and navigate a smartphone with the confidence of an FBI agent.

Ask them to point to their clitoris, explain the difference between a vulva and a vagina, or describe what actually gives them pleasure, and suddenly we're all pretending to need another glass of wine.

That isn't stupidity, it's bad training. We were taught how not to get pregnant. We were taught how not to look "easy." We were taught how to cross our legs, lower our voices, and call our vulva a "down there."

Then the universe handed us a partner and expected us to confidently direct traffic in a neighborhood nobody ever gave us a map for.

In this episode, Tanja and Suzy finally have the conversation your sex education teacher skipped because they were too busy putting condoms on bananas. They talk about beginner and expert vulvas, why every woman's anatomy is beautifully different, how shame quietly sabotages pleasure, and why the most important sexual relationship you'll ever have is the one with your own body.

Here's the uncomfortable truth. You can't ask someone to love a body you've never been taught to know. You can't expect your partner to read a map you've never seen yourself. Great sex isn't mind reading, it's body literacy.

You may find yourself standing in front of a mirror later thinking, "Well... we clearly need to get acquainted."Good.Your vulva has been waiting for this meeting for years.

  • Good Girls Don't Talk Like This
    Jul 14 2026
What if the biggest lie women have ever been sold isn't about beauty, relationships, or sex?

What if it's the belief that we're supposed to keep the most important parts of ourselves quiet?

We learn to smile when we're hurting, soften our opinions so we're easier to love, and avoid the conversations that might make other people uncomfortable. Then we wonder why so many women feel disconnected from themselves, their partners, and each other.

Welcome to The Well-Fucked Woman. In our first episode, Tanja and Suzy introduce themselves by doing exactly what women are rarely encouraged to do. They tell the truth. They share stories about relationships, grief, sexuality, trauma, healing, marriage, divorce, self-worth, and the winding paths that brought them here.

There are no polished scripts, no carefully curated personas, and no pretending to have all the answers. Just two women willing to say out loud what many people only think in private.

This podcast isn't about shock value, it's about honesty. It's about creating the conversations most of us wish we'd had years ago, before shame, silence, and other people's expectations taught us to hide parts of ourselves.

We'll talk about sex without embarrassment, relationships without fantasy, personal growth without spiritual performance, and the messy, beautiful reality of being human. If you've ever felt like the advice you've been given didn't quite fit your life, your body, or your relationships, you've found your people.

We don't promise comfortable conversations. We promise real ones.
