We’re not meant to carry the weight of today into tomorrow.
Life can be heavy. It’s not all bad, but it’s not all good either. Trying to exist between these two realities can be exhausting.
This is why somatic exercises like this one are so important. They create space for us to pause, reset, and choose what we carry forward.
Create practices that help you enter each day with intention, and others that allow you to close it with peace. Take the positives. Hold onto the lessons learned, the aha moments, and the experiences that helped you grow. Leave behind everything else that no longer serves you or has fulfilled its purpose.
Give tomorrow’s version of yourself the gift of a fresh start.
