I taught it while sitting at the hot springs, and the energy was awesome!
We worked on clearing heaviness, stuck energy, emotional overwhelm, manifestation blocks, and the places where your system feels like it just cannot move forward.

The Lava Hot Springs energy brought such a deep reset frequency into my meditation and others have reported that as well! It felt like the water, the earth, and the heat were helping pull out old energy that people have been carrying for way too long.
