    For many years mental health has been approached primarily through the brain.

    But emerging research is revealing something incredibly important, the gut and brain are deeply interconnected.

    In this episode we explore the powerful relationship between gut health and mental wellbeing, including:

    • neurotransmitters produced in the gut

    • microbiome balance and dysbiosis
