This is the beginning….small sustainable steps.

This is where alchemy really begins — not with changing the world around you, but with becoming more aware of what is already happening within you and who you are.

As you grow, shift and evolve, the reality around you shifts.

Internal matches external. (More on this in another episode)

This is the small beginnings of magic and alchemy.

I tried to bring things as close to the beginning as I could because I am asked a bout this a lot.

Magic and alchemy aren’t always easy and it will take lots of iterations of potions and mixtures to find what you are looking for.

Be patient and please know everyone’s path is different. Yours won’t look like mine and mine won’t look like someone else’s. We can still use similar tools, but the path will look different and that it okay. We are all finding our unique magic.
