This is one of the most vulnerable and necessary conversations I’ve ever shared.

In this episode, I speak openly about women’s safety, the patriarchal system we live in, and how deeply normalized harm towards women truly is. I reflect on my own lived experience of sexual assault and harassment, collective trauma through these horrific times, and the moment that forced me to see these systems more clearly than ever before.

This episode is not about attacking men. It’s about accountability, awareness, and the opportunity and responsibility men have to create real safety. I invite men listening to lean into discomfort, notice defensiveness, and practice listening without fragility.

And most importantly: Healing does not happen in silence, and safety begins when women are believed.
