Dave Hough is a certified laser technician who started this journey with his wife after retirement. He lives with his wife and daughters in Goodyear, AZ. Dave served on the police force for over 14 years before medically retiring from Phoenix as a Sergeant in 2022. Before that, he was a history teacher and worked in the contracting industry.

His position as owner and certified laser technician gives him the perfect opportunity to spend time providing laser treatments and using the relationships he builds with clients to ensure the business is providing services the client wants and needs.

Amber Hough is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who has been working for plastic and hand surgeons since 2017 – both as a first assist in the operating room and as a provider in a very busy clinic. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as an emergency room nurse for 8 years.

She received her first aesthetics certification with Aesthetic Medical Educators Training in 2020 and has been doing injections since. Additionally, she has completed over 20 plus hours of advanced training to ensure that she provides safe and effective care. Amber’s passion is for enhancing people’s natural beauty to help build confidence, not make people look overdone or unnatural.

Just as much as she loves aesthetics, she loves wellness. Her mission is to help improve wellness in her community through education and safe and effective treatment methods. Her passion is around functional medicine, which focuses on optimizing health rather than treating disease. As an auto-immune sufferer herself, she understands the frustrations of traditional medicine and believes in optimization. She wants to help enhance her clients’ lives through health, hormones and aesthetics.
