Welcome to the Saving Throes podcast! This is my Tabletop role-playing game podcast, part of the Red Rooster's Gaming Coop network where I talk gaming and gaming culture every week. Each episode will feature a topic or theme along with my take on current happenings in the world of tabletop role-playing games and semi regular updates on the games I am currently involved with, or new games or products I have come across.

This week I wanted to find everyone's list of TTRPGs that are highly anticipated for release this year, but most online publications have yet to release such a list. However, I noticed a lot of people talking about the EN World list, which I have also reviewed, and to be honest, it surprised me! In past years their list didn't always resonate with me, but this year, there were some surprising similarities between their list and my own. So I decided to focus on them and review their list in its entirety this week, as it is generated by user votes after all. While not fully aligned, the list was certainly a surprise to me.
