With 28 years in special education and 7th Degree Black Belt in Kung Fu San Soo, 15 years Tai chi instructor. This podcast blends mental health education with story telling, humor, and a touch of subconscious sparkle. From anxiety and stress to behavioral patterns and emotional healing, I tailor my approach to each individual, ensuring they receive personalized and compassionate support.
