"The clinic is free…but the price is too high!" So says every woman unfortunate enough to be treated at the “Care One Free Clinic.” In exchange for “free” medical care, these poor women, young and old, pay dearly by enduring spartan conditions, low-end everything, and a lack of privacy that’s downright appalling.

Worse, although there is an experienced M.D. running the joint, a certain Dr. Jesse Langford, nearly all of the “free care” offered here is conducted by three horny young college men, including his lonely, touch-starved son, Byron. All are nothing but first-year pre-med students—woefully unqualified to be ordering shivering women out of their clothes and into a plethora of humiliating procedures. What these poor women must endure in order to save money is appalling—all so four dirty young men can have the thrill of their lives. It’s disgraceful, disturbing, and disgusting…which, according to these guys, is a very good thing!

In this story of opportunistic sleaze, Byron Langford is more than a little excited when two cops escort two handcuffed college girls into his dad’s free clinic. Obviously, these hotties aren’t here for breast exams or pap smears—they’re here because they were spotted by security cameras stealing jewelry, and the store owner wants them stripsearched to make sure they didn’t take anything else!

And due to new state regulations, officers are no longer allowed to perform intimate searches on members of the opposite sex—only medical professionals can do that. Well, as a first-year pre-med student, Byron is woefully unqualified. But as he’s the only one on duty, he’s their only choice! Then, as soon as he and the cops bring the young women into the uncurtained exam cubicle, he quickly learns that the two couldn’t be any more different from one another. One, Brynn, is brash, bitchy, and foul-mouthed to the nth degree. Thankfully, she’s also full-figured and squeezably soft.

The other, Wendy, is shy, modest, and scared out of her mind. She also has the tight little body of a gymnast, which offers Byron a whole other kind of fun! Ah, variety…the spice of life!

Each woman, in her own way, gives Byron and the gawking officers a whole lot of male satisfaction when their clothes reluctantly come off, and they are put through every humiliating procedure an intimate cavity search can include—all in plain sight of nearly everyone at the clinic!
